Airflow will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before midday. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched with the next 48 hour period. We are more than happy to dispatch overseas and would ask that you contact us after completing your order to arrange delivery and confirm shipping costs.

Returns Policy

This page explains our returns policy and what it means to you. As always please call us if you do not understand or would like to ask anything at all.

Mistakes by AIRFLOW UK

If we make a mistake with your order then you can return it to us for a full refund, including shipping charges. We will also pay for return shipping so that you do not lose out financially. To arrange a return please call 0845 458 2611and we will arrange everything (including pickup of your item) for you.

Item does not fit

If the cover does not fit your car then you can return it to us for a refund minus a handling charge of 15%. You will also need to pay for shipping yourself. The cover MUST be in a resaleable condition. You will be refunded only when we have received the item and checked it.
Please make sure you order the correct cover.

If you are not there to receive your order

Our courier will make THREE attempts to deliver your order. If you are not able to receive the goods on the THIRD ATTEMPT the goods will be returned to us and shipping costs will be chargeable again before we can send a second time.
All goods are delivered in normal working hours.
